Hello, I posted about a heat press problem for an illumapress machine and ED steered me to similar responses at the search box but I dont know exactly where to find the answer im looking for. The machine is basically brand new and just shut down power in the middle of a job and wont come back on. I am very new to this so forgive me. Next, I have no time to wait for parts for my machine and I am considering a press from ProWorld so I need to know you guys business hours the days after the fourth of july. Are you guys open monday, tuesday, etc.?
