Just had a look at your site, trying to go through the ordering process as a normal customer would ... and I can't figure out for the life of me how to order what you are selling! When I click on a product, it just takes me to a pop out window with a picture of the product, its size etc. but no where do I see where I could add it to a cart?
Same for me, no prices or ordering info. The design of the site itself looks good. I would suggest making the images enlarge in the center of the screen, maybe use lightbox instead of a new window.
Thanks for the feedback ...that is a problem
How it works is that when you click to see designs it is linked to Pro world on-line catalog where "the Customer" needs to look thru and write down what item # they want to order , then exit out of the catalog back to my web site. once back to my site the customer needs to click on "Place order Here button and it takes your order and then check out. I know it confusing but it's the only way I can figure how to use Pro World's catalog. If anyone has any idea's , please let me know. Thanks so much
I think it is a nice clean friendly looking site, but you need to put your contact details alot clearer. People don't want to waste time looking for anything so make it obvious.
Honestly, as a customer I would be really annoyed at that process, and just leave your site. There are so many other sites out there, you really need to make it as easy as possible for a customer to buy from you.
When I clicked on an image, I expected it to take me to a page for that item that lets me see a larger image, the price, and to select a size/color to immediately purchase. If I had to find a pen and write down an item number and then go BACK to your site and try to find the order page, I'd be cursing your name.
I don't know anything about Pro-World, but I suspect there is a better way to link it to your site. Would even be worth hiring someone....
