SanMar.com, TSCApparel.com, AlphaShirt.com are all good places to buy t-shirts (and many other blank apparel items) wholesale.

Yes, you usually have to call the wholesaler to setup an account (some of them have an online form)

Many of them ask to see a copy of your resale permit/sellers license to make sure you're a business.

Make sure you let them know that you are a garment decorator when setting up the account. They don't want consumers trying to sign up for accounts just to buy products cheaply.

I’m not sure where you are located, but here in Pa I find Atlantic Coast Cotton to be a very good supplier. If I order before 10:00am I usually receive product next day. This is using standard UPS Ground. Pricing seems in-line with others. They are at www.accinfo.com.

I am located in Southern CA. Thanks for the information. Does the Sellers license come with a Stat sales Tax License. SanMar asked for that also.

In California, all you'll probably need to signup with the wholesaler is a copy of your California Seller's Permit from the state board of equalization.

In other states, they call them different things (like seller's license, resale permit, etc)
