hello i was just wondering what are your favorite shirts to use for proworld transfers..i ordered some last night and will be making prints soon.. any input would help ...i was leaning towards 50/50 blend shirts..thanks
i used AAA 100% cotton shirts and the transfer work great..i did a test run today ..only one transfer didnt print all the way through .....i think it needed more heat and more pressure

I am new to the t-shirt making business, so please forgive my ignorance. But I see the brand AAA mentioned a lot, is that the same as Alstyle shirts?
Also, are the transfers sold at Proworld plastisol, or are they basically just designs printed on inkjet transfer paper for instance?
today it looked like the tshirt burned ??white t looked like the box burned the tee? i had to increase the temp due to transfer ink staying on the sheet,,took it to 400 degrees and 13 secs..looks like a big box burn ..lol but the transfer came out great
Your probably too hot. There will be a ghost image left on the transfer when done correctly. What you want to look for is what does the image look like on the shirt.
My wife does Proworld transfers all the time. She uses mostly 100% cotton, but not always. She does all different kinds of transfers; for darks, puff, foil. The key is the slightly different settings for the different types of transfers and accurate heat and pressure readings.
You need to know the true temperature you have your press set at and an accurate way to set the pressure if your press does not have a psi gauge.
We carry a variety of different transfer types and some have slightly different application instructions. When you're viewing the transfer on our site, there is a link to its transfer application instructions which you can follow. We also provide a video with instructions on how to apply that transfer on the tab next to the instructions. Finally (and I would recommend this), download and print out our PDF which includes instructions for all the different types of transfers we carry. Keep this by your transfer machine and use as reference. Here's the link to that PDF http://www.proworldinc.com/pw_applic...structions.pdf.
