If there is anyone that uses PrintMojo as their printer and fulfillment service I have a question for you.
1 What do your customers think about the clothing not being sent from your company's location.
2 Does this look bad?
3 What about when they have to return something, does dealing with a
third party turn them off
4a. Have you lost sales when someone that was on your site gets
transfered to PM for checkout.
4b. Do you think it has affected your return sales.
5 if yes or no what type of shirts were you selling slogans;catchy, sexual,
smartass,classy art,hip hop (if I may ask)
6 has anyone thrown a spin on it in their faq page about their products
coming from a high quality printer that your company has a
relationship with. (I don't mean spin disrespectfully to PM, just as a
way for the customer not to have to wonder if your t-shirt site is
dependable)

i use print mojo and so far no negatives
1) haven't heard anything good or bad about it.
2) i don't think so.
3) haven't had any returns so far so i can't answer that.
4a) no way of knowing this really.
4b) nope.
5) selling a range, mostly funny (i hpe, lol)
6) i just copy and pasted print mojo's faq's onto my site
look at the brutaltees.net site in my sig, it's my print mojo site
I've noticed that when I check out stores that are outside of PM but use them as a checkout cart the following happens:
I select a shirt from the indpendent site and proceed to checkout. At checkout I change my mind and want to go back to your store so I click on browse store, but instead of taking me back to your website I am taken to your T-shirt Mojo store that looks nothing like your main store.
This seems a little confusing to customers. It wa to me.
Do you know a way around it by linking the "Browse Store" link to your main shop.
hmm, i'm not sure. might have to ask Rodney about that one.

Just a quick note, since I also use other companies fulfillment services to handle order processing and I think that "in general" customer's don't care if the product is coming from your office or a "third party's" office as long as the product is delivered in a timely manner and is a quality product. That's all that customers really care about.
If you make it clear to your customers what will happen, how the relationship works, who delivers the merchandise, it will only help things on your side. This is true for any fulfillment company you decide to work with.
do you let customers know ahead of time about this? If so how.
Sometimes I do with a simple bit of text like "Our t-shirts and products are printed and fulfilled by X company (small description of the company here)."
Sometimes I'll add it to the ordering help page.
Sometimes I just add a link to the "store" and don't mention it at all. The customers can most of the time figure out what's happening. I always put my contact information on my sites so customers can easily contact me if there are any problems/suggestions/feedback.
Do you have your own site that customers go to and then PM makes your shirts and ships them for you?
After all the info you recieved, do you like PM?
I'm looking into starting a sight and I would like to do something simular but I want people to be on my site. Mostly to get a feeling for my t-shirts and read why I'm setting it up. Is the return very good?
Thanks
