Default Print-Mojo's relationships with your customers

I have some questions about the Print-Mojo service.........

1. When customers receive an order what do they see as far as a company identity on the shipping labels and invoices

2. What is the return policy for customers

3. What are the instructions for returns (do they e-mail Print-Mojo or call)

What I'm mainly trying to figure out is just how evident is it to the customer that someone else delivered your shirts to them.

Hey thanks alot,

Cam

Default Re: Print-Mojo's relationships with your customers

1. The shipping label and packing slip has the return address for PrintMojo so customer's will know where to send their returns to and so they will also recognize the charge on their credit card statement (to help prevent costly chargebacks)

2. There is a 30 day money back guarantee policy to ensure that customers are happy with their purchase

3. The instructions for returns are on the customer's packing slip. They can contact PrintMojo by email or phone.
