I have a question about this particular design which someone is offering at printmojo

What is required of the artist for an image like that to be screenprinted at printmojo ?

Does Printmojo handle the color separations ?

Yes, PrintMojo handles the color separations.

The artist just uploads a high resolution (300dpi) or vector version of their artwork and decides where they want it printed on the shirt and what kind of shirts they want to use.
