I don't think so. It's more of an all-in-one type place (providing the printing and the ecommerce, or just the printing/warehousing/shipping). Printing has to be involved in there somewhere

i doubt they will collect your garments and send for you. They will drop their profits if everyone does that! Unless they are charging a high price then it might be a different story altogether.
