Default Anyone have this issue at Prinftection - says images are only 72dpi

I've ordered a shirt from them before and i had no problem except the design was supposed to be pomegrenate color but it turned out like a brownish red that was due to me not entering a CMYK. That's a seperate issue still was impressed with the quality. The only thing now is that i'm trying to open a full blown store..my designs by default are 10 by 10 sometimes less with 300 ppi. However when i upload the images to Printfection the site is saying that images are only 72ppi...has anyone had this problem. Or is it that i should increase my size or something even though their standards is at 200 ppi. Weird...

What is the pixel size of your images that say they are 72 dpi? How many pixels wide and how many pixels high?

typically, this would equate to an image of 200 pixels
