I haven't use them as a fulfillment service yet by opening a store, but I uploaded a design and bought a (brown and black) t-shirt there and it came out pretty nice.
Printfection is print on demand (direct to garment printing) and PrintMojo is not print on demand (screen printing and embroidery). Two different animals
You can get the pricing right on printfection's site (printfection.com).
Printfection looks promising. Just want to know the pros & cons (if any) between a basic and premium store (ie. the certain number of artwork that can be uploaded, number of choices in colored shirts, etc.)

I don't think they have "basic" and "premium" stores at PrintFection.
Rodney's right - all Printfection shops are free, customizable and have no limit on the number or type of products they can host. The only limitation is that if you want more than two shops, you have to request that they increase the limit for your account.
As far as shirt colors go, it's a very wide selection of both light and dark colors. XXL and larger sizes are available in some colors, but not others, depending on the garment.
I've had stores on PF for a little while now and only just got my first sales last month (it was a pretty good one though). Compared with multiple sales per day on CafePress (where I do have a lot more designs available).
My impression is that PF don't have as much traffic as someone like CafePress yet for their marketplace sales, but perhaps are an up and coming 'contender'.
I've heard others say that PF's customer service is really good - but I can't vouch for that. Anyone else actually selling much through them yet?
My printfection website went online a few days ago. So obviously no sales as yet.. but i have high hopes for printfection, as I think it is one of the best fulfilment sites out there.. People at the forums are dead friendly like here too! What im also doing is setting up a basic store at cafepress to try divert some traffic from there to my printfection site. Also opening a myspace account. These would probably help get you more sales? Lol, im a n00b but thats what i have found out so far.Researching on squidoo and deviantart, does anyone have any experience promoting there?
