So I've have an old POS HP inkjet that is currently seeing its last few days. The ink just doesn't cut it for heat transfers. I'm looking at an Epson Workforce 30 as they are super cheap and I will never have production beyond its ability. So, my questions is ink...I have a stack of
JPSS transfer paper and I love the feel (or lack of), and I need an ink that will work well with it and transfer well to 100% cotton. I'm assuming I need pigmented ink to get quality presses that won't fade. With pigmented ink, is there a better brand than others? Would something like
this work? I will be using refill cartridges as I can't warrant the cost and production to use a CIS. I'll be using a completely different printer for poly sublimation so this will be for %100 cotton onlly with
JPSS paper. Anyone have experience that can help me make a decision on what I'm looking for?
Thanks,
Matt
