Default Problem w/ Inksupply.com MIS HT Carts
I just installed the MIS HT carts from inksupply.com for my Epson 1400. I asked the sales person prior to purchasing if I needed to do anything prior to changing the carts. He said no - just install them. Now I get no printing at all. Am I missing something? I have sent repeated emails to their customer service with no response.

if you put back the OEM carts, do they work? or can you try different papers? like matte papers or any other photo papers to print nozzle check?
