whats the difference between pigment inks and dye inks??? and does sublimation dye ink have anything to do with the two. also can the three be used in the same printer (like an epson 1400, or whatever) at different times for different results on different t-shirt printing projects????
after reading the tread recommended it seems to be a no brainer. everybody seems to favor pigment ink over dye ink, and if this is the case then, what is even the purpose of dye ink. there has to be some pros???

Not everyone uses these two inks for garments. They are also used for photos, film and a hundred other reasons.. Pro's prefer dye ink for making film positives over pigment.
