I have a small problem! Its probably so stupid that I won't get a reply.I have a Epson D 120 and I use adobe Illustrator on or in a mac and I'm trying to print Sky Blue and other bright Colors but it keeps coming out darker then what's on my screen?? I print with CMYK and have printed on to 90g,,100g and jet-pro sofstretch paper and still the same???

Any help

I have no idea AND
I'M RUNNING OUT OF................PAPER...............AND YES DOCTORS HAVE MORE THEN ME

Your Faithfully,

Newbe aka Suppernute.

It's your icc profile or whatever other colour management you're using. You need to download a profile for that paper/ink.

Basically, let's say that your Sky Blue is 80% cyan and 10% magenta, the icc profile is just a database which the computer can look up the formula for that colour on your printer.

So my epson printer and jet-pro paper would have a icc profile for each or is there just one profile that I could download for all??

If you have a colour in PS and a formula for that colour on your printer i.e. 65:30:12:0 then you should have just one profile in your workflow. If you have too many it leads to BAD colours.
