Default clearcoat

can i possibly get any type of advice on this.
is there any such thing as a clear base toner for an hp color laserjet, etc.

what i would like to do is to be able to print a design from two color laserjets.
the first color laser jet will print out the design using nothing but a clear base. Once the clear base is printed and properly dried.
i wanm tto then insert the same transfer paper into the second color laserjet printer to print over the clear base with the actual colors of the design.
i just need help with how to set this up, and the toners, etc. to use.
this might be the oldschool way of doing it, but i hate the weay heat transfers leave the film and screen printing is to much for me.
your input please....
