Default Epson WorkForce 600 All-in-One Printer

I've been using an Epson C88+ for over a year now and lately I've been having issues with the paper not feeding through. My T-shirt orders vary from 5 to 500 an order and I was wondering if the Epson WorkForce 600 All-in-One Printer would be a better choice? It has durabrite ink and from what I've been reading on the different post durabrite is the way to go.

Has anyone used this printer and can you give the pro and cons of it?

2. Has anyone ever used an all-in-one and used the copeir to make additional copies of a heat transfer? I think the copier will print faster that regular printing. But I would love to know if this is true before purchasing. Thanx in advance for your help

I have been using Epson for a couple years now, my latest is the Workforce 600. I like it because the ink does not bleed when the shirt is washed. I left a shirt wet for 3 days and it never bleed.

Another good thing is that the black ink (97) is like two cartridges which saves money.

CON: I recently went through 5 new Epson printers and found out it is the paper (sort of). My supplier said that most of the issues they come across and their own experience that the paper is too thick and does not work well in Epson printers.

I have not tried the copy print feature as all of my orders are customized singley.

I have not decided if I want to change the paper (which I would rate 10/10) or the printer.

So T-shirt Chic, can I get an update on the 600. I was thinking of using a 500 and wondered if the Workforce series worked.

Thanks

I too am interested in knowing more about how the Epson Workforce 600 has worked out for you. I'm a newbie to the whole t-shirt/heatpress biz. Bought some equipment from a guy a couple weeks ago and have really just been playing with it. He gave me a brand new Canon pixma ip2600 which is what he had been using, but the more I've read about print quality here, the more I'm liking the fact that I already owned the Epson Workforce 600. If it's a good printer that will provide better, long lasting prints than the Canon will, I'll dump the Canon.

I'd also love some recommendations on the best transfer paper to use with Epson's.

Thanks!
