Default Wondering if my Epson with durabrite will work okay

Hello:

I have an old old heatpress I inherited, but haven't used it much. I am going to post in the heatpress category looking for suggestions, but before I do that, I am hoping to get info on my printer. I have an EpsonCX9400 with durabrite inks. Will that work okay for transfers? When I first attempted this years ago, I had a C88 and an ink system I bought from a place that sells transfers, etc... I got sick and didn't do anything for over a year and now I am wanting to start out again, but just for church projects and small orders. I am hoping I can use my current Epson with the durabrite inks. I don't want to invest in a new heatpress without knowing this printer works. I have a personalized favor biz and use an Oki C3400 and an older Minolta.

I would love some input, like I said I don't want to get a new press without knowing this printer will be okay. I plan on doing t-shirts for the most part and anything else that's good for a newbie!

Thanks.

Nancy

That should work fine. I don't have any personal experience with that printer, but if you're using the Durabrite inks for your transfers, you shouldn't have any problems with your transfers. Good ink choice.

I have a CX7400 Epson Printer and use Durabrite ink 69 and 88 and have no problems.

Like the previous posters stated, Durabrite inks should be just fine.
Good luck
