Default CLEANING SOLUTION--homemade?

HELP!

I'm going crazy with my unstable printer! It's epson r290 and it's not been working as I have expected it to be... I don't know if the unit is a factory defect or something.

Now my heads are clogged, both yellow and black. Nothing comes out of them, even though there is ink in each of their cartridges.

HELP!

I don't have a cleaning solution and am in quite a bind as I have shirts to do. ANyone with a suggestion to a declogging cleaning solution?
