Default Pricing for a school club clothing set...

Need help pricing my first big job. (really big actually for a first 120-150 pcs.)

An ethnic club wants 3 pieces per member; t-shirt, hoodie, and pants. The club has around 40-50 members, and they are divided into 3 "teams". The setup will go as follows...

Hoodie front: "property of ___ h.s." and club name on a logo i will design
Hoodie back: "team name"

Pant front only: "property of ___ h.s." and ethnic name running down left leg

T shirt front: "property of ___ h.s." and same logo as hoodie

T shirt back: "nick-name" (each t will be different) - should there be name letter limit?

I will throw in the designing for free since it's my little cousins club, and plus I want the job to look like its my work/design. I am trying to determine price per set, and price per individual piece for those who cannot order the whole set or for later individual orders? Any suggestions for pricing or how to go about it would be awesome, Thanks!

Going to need more info, what style of printing.. screenprinting? cut heatpress vinyl? transfers? What clothing is it going on, ie whats the cost, quality. How long will this all take to produce? Need all that and probably more to even begin calculating your costs and prices

One good way to get in good in a bidding situation, ect, is to offer a percentage of the proceeds back to the organization. I have a friend that donated like 3 dollars of each shirt back to the sports program. The parents didn't mind paying a little extra when they know the money is going back to the school. word traveled and now they work with several school districts.
Best of luck!

Hi thanks for the replies. I have been promised the job, just waiting for the club to put their monies together. Going on Ash or Sport grey color, Royal letterinhg. I will be using heat transfer vinyl (prob Easyweed or Termoflex) going on Gildan 50/50 heavyblend for the pants ($8.40) and hoodie ($11.50). 100% cotton tshirts ($2.59). Might use heat transfer paper also just for the logo if they decide multicolor. The school has drees code, so I am waiting to see if they will allow full color logos... Prob take me 5 evenings 2 hours a night, my guestimate. I will have 1 helper. Thinking $60 for a whole set, $25 for individual pants or hoddie, $15 for shirt.

Hi folks, hopefully someone can chime in and help me with some advice. I am contemplating on going with heat transfers paper as opposed to vinyl for this school club job. Anyone have experience using heat transfer paper on sweats? Just wondering if the transfer stays on longer or shorter compared to tshirts. It seems transfer paper may have a lower production cost, and easier for me to produce at this point. Thanks for any help!

I have use JPSS on white Gildan sweat shirts. They look as good as a t-shirt. I have not used on any other colro so if you are still going with light grey or ash I can't offer any advice there except cut out the image very close to the edges so less polymer coating will show up.
