The best thing to do is to mock up or calculate how many yards of material the job is going to use. Then calculate the landed cost per yard.
Divide the landed cost of all yardage by the number of completed garments. This is your cost of materials per piece which should also include the front transfer and the cost of the shirt.
Next, calculate a labor rate. Take the amount of time that it takes you to do a shirt and break down how many dollars in labor are spent per shirt - include everything from weeding to heat pressing to folding your garments and boxing them.

Now - add these 3 components and add your profit margin for this type of job.
