Default Pricing help for newbie

I am new to this and could use help when quoting prices. My jobs come from local businesses who need company shirts made up so it will mostly be small jobs, i.e. 2 dozen or less, 2-3 colors, front and back. Since the numbers don't warrant outsourcing to plastisol etc, I plan on printing the transfers out myself and heat pressing them. How would I go about quoting a job like this? Any advice is greatly appreciated!

One thing you should definately do is check pricing of your local competitors. If you aren't comparable with them it won't matter what you charge, you won't get the work, or worse yet, you'll be undercharging.
