Default How much would you charge for this?

It would be for 6 t-shirts only, printed in the front and in the back (I'm going to use plastisol heat transfers) and they want 100% preshrunk white cotton Tees. It's a two color design. So how much would you charge for each T-shirt?
Thanks!

That's hard to say Karen. The sell price would be based off your costs. White shirts would run about $3.00 for just 6 shirts unless you have them in stock. I'll bet the transfer cost is a lot since it is a 2 color design at minimum quantities.

I would not press them for less than $25.00 profit and that would be a deal. Do you have access to a vinyl cutter? I use mine for small orders like this.

I actually use heat transfers, but I calculated the price that I'm giving them for the job and I'm making more than $25 profit for the whole job. I guess it's not too much but it's not a lot of t-shirts either.
I was just wondering about prices because sometimes I have a problem quoting jobs, and a couple of times I've been doing a lot of works for little profit, so now I always try to check before I give someone a price.
Thanks!
Karen.

Good for you on the profit. I have found plastisol pricing can be tricky unless you know for sure the final image size. If you quote a smaller sheet size than the final deign you have to re-quote or take the hit on cost. It is sometimes possible (as I'm sure you know) to gang images and reduce you cost per print.

Yes, that's what I was thinking of doing since it's cheaper that way. But I have to make sure that the image fits fine on the page so I give a correct quote, I can't really afford to take to make mistakes at this time.
