Default Little league bid job

We won the bid for local rec. dept. job. Our bid was for: sponsor logo for front/numbers on back. When I picked up order, the director informed me she wanted our county's name with "Recreation Department" under it printed on sleeve also. (I told her that would be extra and she said she didnt really care where we put it-so long as its on there) My question: Is there ANYWHERE on front or back of shirt that is acceptable to place this? It is 3x3 transfer-can we put it a little higher than "left chest" and do sponsor name on chest? (They only gave us 1 week to do 22 teams-290 shirts. We already embroidered caps and visors.) We have 3 days left-please help!

First you need to get in writing from the director that "she didn't really care where we put it-so long as its on there, but need "County Recreation Department". Need to cover yourself plus now you can invoice for extra above the bid.

No hard - fast rule, just what is easy for you.
Best is the sleeve.
1st option, back of shirt just below collar.
2nd option, below the sponsor name.
3rd option, below the number.

Thank you SO much-those were the spots I had in mind-just needed some reassurance. This is our 1st time doing job this extensive (non-repetitive). Because of our time frame-did not want to have to do another 290 presses! Thank you for taking the time to respond!

put it on the inside of the shirt ... j/k the sleeve would look the most appropiate...think about it as if you were gonna be wearing it.

I totally agree with the sleeve. Is there some reason why you other then the pressing time, that you dont want to put it there? Because it would look best on the sleeve. I also agree with the previous poster to get it in writing. She may be ordering or giving the instructions, but if she is not the one paying, and the person paying does not agree with the location, it might create issues. Make sure to get everything in writing concerning the order. Believe me you will be thankful you did
