Default Need pricing help for a newbie

Hello everyone, I am brand new to this and should be getting my press tomorrow. I already have someone interested in about 25 shirts. She is asking for a ball park figure. She will be supplying the shirts. She wants large #s on the back as it is for a sports team and a small logo no the front. She wants the quote with and without last names also. I am thinking of ordering the #s already done and cutting the small logo for the front on my LP out of Siser or Thermoflex. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated as I am so new to this but do not want to loose the business.
Thanks Karen

Although die cut numbers would be the least expensive option on the back, it may be easier to just cut it all from your heat applied film of choice.

Depending on size, your cost of materials in the numbers should be about $1.00-$1.50 and the logo about $.25. Adding a name will only increase your cost by about $.50.

So $2.25 in cost of materials + labor + overhead % = total cost

Now calculate the profit margin you want to make.

If you don't have a grip on all of these details yet...

I would feel comfortable charging $4-6 per print location - so $8-12 for complete decoration including names.

PS - have them sign off on a waiver that you aren't responsible for their garments.
