It all depends on the quantity.
Obviously you need to add all costs together including any delivey cost to get it to you.
I calculate my vinyl by the linear foot. The last roll I bought of ECO cost about $40.00 delivered for 15" x 5 yards. The is 15 feet in length so cost per linear yard is $2.65. If you get 3 designs per foot your costs per design is 88 cent. BUT...you have to weed the design so factor that in.
Depending on the quantity I try to get 30% to 50% gross profit. Minimum charge should work out to about $25.00 per hour for larger runs.
