Why would you charge screen setup for transfers? The charge for that is already built into the cost of the transfer.

500 shirts I would sub out to a screenprinter with an automatic, mark 'em up 50 cents or whatever and make money for nothing and your chicks for free.

Generally wholesale price should be at least double your total shirt cost. Industry Keystone for tshirts is 2.2 so for example:

If your total cost per shirt (this includes everything, not just print and blank costs) is: $5.00

Then your wholesale price (using market keystone) would be: $11.00 ($5.00x2.2)

And your Suggested Retail price would be: $24.20 ($11.00x2.2)

Obviously your shirts have to be worth this amount for a retailer to be willing to pay this price, but this is the industry standard for pricing your ready to wear product.

Wow, I always thought they were saying "checks for free" in that song. LOL.

I agree. I charge about double. But on large order like that you could send them out and just get them done.

That's why I want to be a Big Rock Star - for the free checks - I guess the groupies would be alright too.

Any job over two dozen I would sub to a Screener.
