Need to Register?

Hey guys,

I did a great run of shirts about this time last year with no problems. Now i have had new screens made and suddenly my ink sticks in the screen and my images are coming out terrilbe. I have read the other posts but cant find anything i haven't tried. I even tried waterbassed today and that sticks too. Its so frustrating after such a good run. My screens are 55t and 45t. Im doing everything the same as last year so i asked at the place they do the screens and they said it wouldn't be a screen problem.

Any ideas?????

Are you using white ink? If so, are you curing the shirts on the platens or flashing too long?

do you have any pics of the problem?

also can you explain exactly what is happening and how you are printing , inks used, off contact, pull or push stroke , are you flooding the screen ?

there are a ton of factors to consider before we can give advice as to what might be the cause.
