Default Problem using solvent inks - please help

Hello, I have been screen printing lawn signs for about a year now and always seem to have problems with the ink drying way to fast on the screen. I currently use Inktech CRP Corrugated Plastic ink. I also use thinner to thin it. But no matter what i do the ink seems to dry on the image part of the screen between removing the signa nd replacing it and I do it fairly quick. What I am I doing wrong? I am using a 220 mesh screen and when i pick it up during the times it seems to dry i get those little thin strings of ink that fall all over the sign. This only happens when it dries out. Sometime i dont have any problem at all. Any help would be appreciated

Have a chat to your ink vendor about retarders/extenders to get around this problem.
