Default How to print on polypropelene tote bags?

I had a customer ask me to print on a thousand polypropelene tote grocery bags. I have a manual press in which I use plastisol inks pretty much exclusively. After some trial and error I found those bags dont hold up to heat very well so I'm now trying to figure out the next step. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

Call Nazdar Nazdar Inks and Coatings
Tell them your printing on polypropelene.
The ink needs to air dry so you will need to rack or hang the totes to dry.
Hour or so should be dry to stack.
Use a 230 screen, print steady as the ink will dry in the screen.
Ink is like water so your screen needs to be water tight.
The polypropelene totes we printed starts to melt around 195-200 degrees.
Hopefully this is a 1 color design.
