Default Flourescent Pink Problem!

O.K. , this is my first time using bright pink - When i print on a sample sheet " before printing the shirt" the Flourescent pink bleeds through the sheet to the platen. how do i stop this and will this happen to the shirts when i print on them?

It could be too much squeegee pressure, they say if ink in getting through to the pallet you are using too much pressure. If it is happening on the test square it will probably happen on the shirt. It is not necessarily a problem. that being said. . .
Most fluorescent plastisols i've printed are notoriously runny, a lot like process inks. The only one with reasonable body I have come across is union's maxopake series, and these are really really thick. You might try adding thickener to what you have, or consider printing a white underbase.

I agree probbly too much squeege pressure. Flash after the print will help dry it.

What mesh are you using? I would say at least a 156 - 195 would be your best bet.
Those flo. ink are pretty thin.
