Question Using Process colors

I've been using normal plastisol for a while now and contemplating on using process colors. the only info is that the label on the side of the ink container. just few queries.....do we have to dry the first color before adding the next one. then am wondering how will the pixels get to mix to form the new color if one already dry.i'll only need 4 screens right? (CMYK)
what mesh size would be best for this?
please help..................

Default Re: Using Process colors

All the screens that I use for process printing are 230 or higher.
No you dont have to flash between colors
What are you going to print, Pictures-multicolors
Auto or Printing by hand
The trick to Process printing is seperating the colors and knowing what will work and what wont.
I know the color red normally comes out orange so you need to add less yellow or more Magenta.

Process colours are transparent, you can print wet-on-wet or wet-on-dry, both will work and yes, I do see people printing with a single angle - 22 degree?
