Default Nylon Mesh Screenprinting ink recommendations

Mesh jerseys

What brand and ink seies adheres best with and without Nylobond added? Stretch additive?

How do you get all the holes to clear out EVERY time? I have tried transfer paper, silicone paper, and pellons on the pallet.

Screen printing direct, not transfers for maximum durability. I'd like to keep the holes open

i use plastisol, i have used additives w/it before also, but i find on mesh the ink is fine alone, silk jackets are the only thing i use bond on. As for the holes in the mesh, pressor should be light and the holes should not close up. If the mesh is real tight, you may lose some of the holes, but over use and washing they usually open up. Screen printing is the only way to leave the holes open, they are making a new heat press matterial for mesh jerseys that has holes in it, i have not used it, so can't say what it looks like.
