Default Discharge printing errors

Hi - I have started a t-shirt business and new to this industry. We are selling printed t-shirts (having large prints similar to DBH).

We are printing using discharge ink and the fabric is dyed with remazol ink but after one wash I can see white patches and fabric looks like it is washed 10 odd times.

Is there a problem with discharge methos or fabric? Do we have to do something special? Kindly advice?

We are using finest 220 GSM cotton, Compacting and Peachwash.
