I am very new to screen printing. I am trying to screen print a logo onto navy uniform thats 100% polyester then heat press the numbers on the back. I purchased pure polywhite flex from one stroke and the numbers from transexpress. Do you I have to worry about the front design if i heat press a 4" number just below it. Also it says flash for 6 seconds and cure to 300 degrees. how many times do i need to wash it to make sure it will hold up?

i would be more worried about printing on 100% poly, than heat pressing. you can press the numbers first, than screen print if your worried about it. make sure you get the correct inks for printing on poly, poly can bleed if not done correctly. this is assuming you havent printed poly before. if you have not, do a search on here to get some tips.
