I am using a flash dryer its all i have but have never had a problem, the in k is really rough before I even start to cure it, Somebody told me i'm supposed to mix it with a paint mixer and I didn't know that Hopefully that will fix it if not I'm not sure what is wrong

It sounds like you aren't using a hard enough squeegee and enough pressure to mat down the fibers of the shirt. The Maxopake inks are really thick, but they print okay after you stir them. One other thing I've noticed with really thick plastisols is that you need your screen to be nice and tight to go with that three nickels off-contact. If you find yourself peeling the screen off your shirt, the ink surface is probably not going to be smooth. As far as curing with a flash, try raising the distance between your pallet and the flash, and flash for a longer time. Curing ink with a flash is like baking bread on the very bottom rack of your oven (you will have dough in the middle), so you want to do what you can to make sure the whole ink film hits 300-320.
