Default discharge/WB tips

hey guys, today I attempted my first large run with discharge. I had done a run of 24 before but today was trying to get out about 75 shirts and I ran into the ink drying up on me in the screen and had to stop at about 50 shirts. any tips for keeping the ink moist while printing? can I lightly spray water? I am just venturing from plastisol so don't really have any of this down yet. thanks

Keep the screen flooded after you print.Like flood-print-flood.So the mesh is always wet.And if the ink starts getting thick use a spray bottle on the ink while in the flood stage, but lightly. To much water will make the ink blurp.

What brand of discharge are you using?

You may want to think about switching to Matsui discharge. It is very user friendly.
