Default In need of custom ink colors

I've got some artwork with three colors that are not pantone or RGB spot. The design was created for a print piece using CMYK. What is the best option to get these colors mixed. If I have this CMYK color:

C=0%, M=70%, Y=70%, K=80%

Is there a way to use process color inks and mix to this ratio to get my color?

What other options do I have? I prefer to use Union inks, but am open to other options...

No you need to see the actual color and match it to a pms book. that will give you a similar pantone number and then get your supplier to mix it for you

Is there any kind of program out there that will allow you to enter CMYK values and it will spit out the closest Pantone match?

I don't think there is a matching Pantone color. Pantone 1545 is close, a tad lighter though. 4975 is close but a bit too warm.

Trumatch 50-A7 is pretty much dead on, if you can find someone who uses the Trumatch system.
