Default Plastisol 4 color Process

Hey guys, I was just wondering if anyone on here has worked with plastisol, 4 color process inks. i just received my inks but before I break them out, I just wanted to get a little info. I am new to process printing and i have a pretty good idea what to do but i've learned only about water based inks. Is there anything special i need to know about these inks. Is plastisol ink thicker than water based? would I burn my screens just as if i were burning them for water based? Anything you think i should know before i start would be greatly appreciated. I am very experienced with spot printing. I mainly use plastisol. Is the curing temperature usually the same? The ink I purchased came with none of that info. Thanks

Andy

Just get in there. And start printing. Its all the same pretty much. Plastisol cures easier and faster

Sweet. Another question: sometimes it's hard to get a nice smooth white underbase and i use my heat press to smooth everything out. Would that ruin the print if i'm using plastisol process ink? Thanks a ton.
