I'm assuming you mean a Pique or Waffle knit polo shirt.

These aren't the greatest for screenprinting, they should be embroidered.
Look for Jersey or flat knit.

You can print them with standard plastisol, but keep details big (no fine type)
and expect the weave to be apparent in the print.

You can also print high-density inks that will not show the knit in the print.
Looks pretty cool, but still no fine details, which is tough as you're likely printing
left chest.
