Default J&S White Ink is peeling-HELP

I'm printing white J&S Ink Easy Print 6007 (plastisol) on 50/50 poly blend blackGildans. 110 mesh.

My design is red and black... the white is serving as an underbase for the red and as a stand alone color. The white has fine detail.

I'm using a flash dryer. For the white, I'm print-flash-print-flashing the white... then doing the red.

This ink was purchased on recommendation from a local supply place. I have NO information on this ink. Here's my problem:

After the print is done and I give it a final cure (20 secs.), it appears that the second white layer and the red layer ae not adhering to the first white layer. The shirt folded over on itself when I removed from the platen and the print stuck to itself causing it to peel.

Now that the shirt is cool, it seems to be OK. Although now I'm seeing cracking on parts of the print when I stretch the shirt.

HELP!!!! I have a big job due tomorrow and I'm wasting shirts like crazy!

Easy Print 6007 (plastisol) What is that? Who makes it? I think that maybe a transfer ink? What you could do is Heat press it and see if it stays on the subtrate. Me I'm a wilflex,Rutland,Union guy. Those are the inks to use for screen printing. Good Luck

How long are you flashing the first layer of white? Perhaps your flashing it too long.

It's not the ink. Your problem is you're overflashing your underbase and probably not curing your top prints sufficiently. 20 seconds may not be enough for a final cure, but it's too long for a flash. I've got some J&S ink and it's like any other plastisol. My kid works for a screenprinter here in Orlando who does a ton of stuff and they use a lot of J&S.

One other thing: make sure you've stirred the ink. Sometimes the oil will separate out from the plastic and if you printed this way it might affect curing.
