It's not the ink. Your problem is you're overflashing your underbase and probably not curing your top prints sufficiently. 20 seconds may not be enough for a final cure, but it's too long for a flash. I've got some J&S ink and it's like any other plastisol. My kid works for a screenprinter here in
Orlando who does a ton of stuff and they use a lot of J&S.
One other thing: make sure you've stirred the ink. Sometimes the oil will separate out from the plastic and if you printed this way it might affect curing.
