Default Ink and paper for art prints?

Anyone have experience printing on art paper? I'm looking to do single color 13x19 & 18x24 prints.

I have a 4-color single station press setup for t-shirts.

What other equipment would I need? I have the transparencies and screens covered already.

What kind of paper do you recommend? All I know is 80#-140# cotton paper seems to be a popular choice.

What kind of ink do you recommend? Can I use my plastisol ink since it's cotton?

Someone recommended French Paper - America's family-run paper mill to me and they seem to have some great products and prices on 100% cotton paper.

Now for the ink. Would you want to use acrylic or water-based inks? I've heard that water-based inks smell really bad when working with them. Is that true? Does acrylic ink smell bad too?
