Color correcting is usually one of the things youll need to do with a flat bed scanner. Colors are close yet never exact. As Jasonda mentioned, erasing unwanted artifacts, sharpening the image, contrast enhancement, etc.
If your system is not color calibrated correctly your prints will not look like the image on screen. This is usually the case as most have little knowledge in color management. Read all the help info in photoshop on color management and set your compueter as close as you can. This will help tremendously. |
