The design should be 4 total colors maximum

So that could be a 4 color design on the front and no design on the back. A 1 color design on the front and 3 colors on the back. 2 colors on the front and 2 colors on the back. Or 1 color on the front and 1 color on the back. Or one color on the front and no colors on the back. An all over print of 2 colors, etc.
