I need some help putting together a list of software programs that can Save/Export files as JPG's, and how its done.

I need to publish this information as part of an article but I dont own or know how to do it with as many programs/software out there.

The JPG's for the artwork need to be to Size (9x12), at 300 dpi resolution, in Black color (1 color) and under 2MG file size.

I have corel on my computer so here's how I did it:

Created the graphic in Corel to size and color.
Clicked on the File menu: Publish to Internet ...and that was it. Saved.

Anyone using different types of programs ?

please post the Program/Software and the steps to gerenate a JPG file as per the requirements I posted.
