i don't use the same equip. as you, the cutters we use and software are custom made sort of so Im guessing in the dark here.
Is there a starting point of origin setting on your cutter or software ? if so, than set it to start at X and finish at the other X. This way all of the graphic within the X perimiters will be included in the cut.
