you have to realize the difference is fabrics from which these type of shirts are constructed. Dress shirts require a woven fabric when compared to the knit fabric of a t-shirt. It is hard to come by organic woven fabric for garment manufacturing. However it has been made for home textiles. It does exist however, but is very expensive.
