Yeah, when I emailed them to cancel my order I got a response "shipped".

I finally got an email response from John and I demanded an explanation. He said that he had "false" promises of a new shipment but none came through. He added that most of his customers were informed of the delay but I had not. He ended up taking an addition 25% off my already 28% order, which I appreciated, but I would rather spend my money with a company that has good customer service.
