I just saw this post and need to comment. New Milford sent me paper back in May and replaced it due to a defect. I was having the same problems with the new paper and they offered a credit. I asked for store credit (which I think is more than reasonable) and to return all unused paper (used 2-3 sheets total.).

I asked for an update via email and got "done and sent." When I asked what was done and what was sent, they stopped replying to me.

They've been intentionally ignoring my emails for months now and I've given them more than enough time to make things right and was willing to work with them.

I highly recommend going to a more reputable business!
