if the ink is getting stuck inside the stencil it sounds like those are water spots. the easiest way to fix that is clean the ink off your screen then simply rub a wet cloth over the affected area. and if you have an air line blow it out with an air line if not try a blow dryer with cold air. as far as the ink comming out of the emoltion it sounds like you had dirt on your light table... but I would have to c a pic in order to be sure |
