Since you are not making money on the shirts and it is possible that you will get sub-standard shirts that won't look good in the end you should:
A: make them sign a disclaimer that all spoiled shirts are their problem
B: once you have A done, figure out how long it will take you to print them from soup to nuts and apply an hourly rate that you want.

If it take you 2 hours and you want $60/hr then charge $120 out the door (plus taxes) regardless of the number of shirts you actually deliver.
